• Rates are quoted per room/per person sharing per night, in South African Rand, and are inclusive of
Value Added Tax at 14% and a full English breakfast
• Rates quoted do not include a Tourism Levy of 1% of the accommodation charge.
• The Bay Hotel reserves the right to alter or amend rates and rate periods at any time.
• Full prepayment is required one month prior to the confirmed arrival date in order to confirm the reservation.
• Credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, Diners,American Express, and JCB.
• Personal cheques are accepted provided prior arrangements have been made with management.
• In the event of a cancellation within 30 to 14 days of the confirmed arrival date, a 75% cancellation
fee will apply.
• In the event of a “no-show” or cancellation less than 14 days prior to the confirmed arrival date, a
100% cancellation fee will be charged.
• Please note that the cancellation must be made in writing.
• Our check-in time is 14h00 and our check-out time is 11h00.We are able to provide change-room and
luggage-storage facilities if required.
• The Hotel is regretfully unable to accommodate more than 2 persons per room or children under the
age of 12 years.
• All rooms are king-size or twin – please state your preference
• Reservations are subject to terms and conditions on check-in.
