The Village consists of 52 luxurious apartments and feature gorgeous Table Mountain, V&A Waterfront and Marina views. Ranging from one to four bedrooms, each apartment is individually decorated and fully furnished with modern conveniences. Apartments range in size from 65sq.m. studios to luxurious 350 sq.m. penthouses.
The Village offers the privacy and flexibility of luxury self-catering accommodation, while the central Village Reception is on hand for guests who require concierge services.

• Rates are quoted per room / unit per night, in South African Rand, and are inclusive of 14% Value Added Tax.
• Village & Life reserves the right to alter or amend rates and rate periods at any time without prior notice.
• Credit Cards accepted are Visa, MaterCard, Diners and American Express.
• A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. The balance of payment is due on check-in.
• Between 15 December and 5 January, prepayment for all bookings is required by 15 October.
• Please be advised that cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival date will be charged a full
cancellation fee.
• Personal cheques are accepted provided prior arrangements have been made with management.
• Our check-in time is 14h00 and our check-out time is 11h00.
• A minimum letting period of five nights apply from 22 December - 5 January 2007.
• The owners and management of Village & Life cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the
property or for any possessions of the guests occupying the unit.
