Children of all ages are welcome. Morukuru can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults, two children in the children’s bedroom and two children on folding beds in the suites.
The luxury private villa has three spacious uniquely themed bedrooms each with their own private deck, air-conditioning, fans, fire place, safes and hairdryers. Each bedroom has a full bathroom en-suite with the option of indulging in a foam bath or shower indoors or out.
Adjacent to the three fully-equipped bedrooms is a family room with a large sofa which doubles up to provide two super-size single beds should additional accommodation be required.
Your personal chef will prepare only the best dishes for you.

The villa’s living area provides an elegant yet comfortable indoor lounge area where guests can relax and indulge in a novel or simply sit and take in the beauty and tranquillity of the bush and the wildlife that venture across the landscape.
Or venture outdoors and spend time enjoying the magnificent landscape from the edges of the rim-flow swimming pool with gin and tonic in hand.
On rainy nights or cold winter evenings, curtains will be drawn, candles lit and guests will enjoy the warm, cosy ambience created by the fireplace.
Guests will have their own private game viewing vehicle and game ranger, which will offer you the flexibility of scheduling game drives at specific times preferred to by your party, although early morning and early evening game drives are best for game viewing.
The family room enhances the home away from home experience with recreational and office facilities including a television and DVD facility, as well as Internet and satellite access for visitors who require access to the world beyond.
The Madikwe Game Reserve is situated in a malaria free area abundant with game and wildlife as well as a myriad of bird species, where you can expect to see the “Top 10” including Lion, Leopard, over 400 Elephants, Black and White Rhino, Buffalo, Hippo, Brown and Spotted Hyena, Giraffe, Wild Dog and Cheetah. The extensive grass plains are home to game including Gemsbok and Springbok with over 340 species of bird to thrill all avid bird-watchers. Your personal game ranger will ensure your game viewing experience is a memorable one. |
