Plett Villas offers a select choice of exclusive holiday homes in Plettenberg Bay. Utmost care is taken to ensure our clients are accommodated in individually appointed homes. Clients are met on arrival and assisted throughout their stay if required. Guests can experience the ultimate in luxury with privacy.

Children of all ages are welcome. Babysitting
Should you require a maid to look after your children we will source a suitable maid at an additional fee. You can then pay the maid according to the time you require i.e. there will be a daily and evening rate. The evening rate will include transport for the maid unless they are live in maids. Should you require an au-pair that can drive we will try and source an au-pair for you if we know in advance. We could also arrange supervised play with professional child care givers off the premises i.e. at a child care centre, for an additional fee.
A choice selection of exclusive villas, holiday homes, apartments, bed and breakfast and other self catering accommodation. Choose from a range of homes sleeping 2 people to 14 people. All homes offer state of the art kitchens, lounges, en-suite bedrooms and verandahs with magnificent views.
Cots can be arranged on your behalf if needed.
There is an assortment of different catering options. Some of our maids can cook breakfast and we can therefore offer this service daily. Catering can be prepared and then brought to your home if you are entertaining or if you wish a meal to be prepared for you and your family and delivered. A chef can be arranged to prepare a meal in the privacy of your home to your specifications. Alternatively we can arrange for a chef to be present throughout your stay to prepare all meals. Some clients ask us to arrange for a cook rather than a chef just to do the basics. All catering and chefs are quoted for in addition to your stay. It can really be a wonderful experience to have a meal in your villa. After a long day of touring or lazing at the beach have a traditional South African barbeque, fish and prawn barbeque, Italian and Pizza evening (some of our homes have Pizza ovens), canapés for a sundowner get-together, a romantic dinner for two or picnic basket, fine dining or good home cooked traditional meals.
Staying in a villa does not necessarily mean that you will not have the convenience of service. We at Plett Villas have worked in the hospitality industry; including five star hotels for more than 25 years. We understand the meaning of service and have put together a list of what can be arranged in the privacy of your home. Please note that these do need to be arranged in advance. Apart from the services that can be arranged in advance there will be a welcome pack in your villa on arrival with a list of emergency numbers, medical centers and contacts, food and beverage suppliers, restaurants, activities, children’s entertainment and care centres, transport, health and beauty, entertainment, golf, churches and more. We also supply all our guests with a map of the area. Plett Villas meets and greets our clients and are there to guide you and answer all your questions. Maid Service
Most of the homes in our portfolio have full time maid service. These maids work in the home on a full time basis and know the home completely. They have been well-trained by their owners and have a wonderful service ethic.
We do charge extra for weekends should you require a maid as it is important for the staff to have remuneration for the time they would usually not be on duty. Most of our rates include the maid on weekdays. If you are a large party we will arrange extra maid service.
Laundry
In most cases laundry is done on a complimentary basis by the maid on duty unless otherwise specified.
Other standard service
Our homes owners have contractors that maintain the gardens, swimming pools etc. Most of the homes are also contracted to a local security company for their home alarms and alarm response.
Shopping and stocking your villa
Should you be arriving late or require the convenience of having Plett Villas shop for you and stock the home we will be happy to do this for a nominal additional fee. We can shop for groceries, fresh fish from our fish market and beverages. We will require notification in advance and your shopping list.
Should you wish to do your own shopping there are some stunning shops in the area from grocers to deli shops, fresh fish market, deli’s and more. The Saturday fresh produce market is just ten minutes from Plettenberg Bay.
Butler
Spoil yourself by having a butler to assist with drinks, answering the telephone, shopping and creating a truly relaxing environment. Must be arranged in advance at an additional charge.
Security
For those that are high profile guests that require private security guards we can arrange this is advance with a reputable company in Plettenberg Bay. Must be arranged in advance at an additional charge.
Health and beauty in your home
Massages and beauty treatments can be arranged in the privacy of your villa. Holistic healing is very popular and there are some wonderful healers and masseuse in Plettenberg Bay. This will be charged separately depending on the treatments and arranged on request. Apart from the services that we can arrange in your home we offer a host of concierge services. All these services are additional to your rental quote and can be arranged on request or in some instances during your stay.
Transfers and tours
We can assist in arranging a transfer to and from the airport or to your dinner venue and back.
Should you wish to explore the area in more detail with Plett Villas, we can arrange for a private tour. There are some magical parts of the Garden Route that the locals have discovered and we would love to share these with you. |
